New legislation governing sports headed for parliament after 20 years

Ljubljana, 22 December - The government adopted on Thursday a new bill on sport, which comes after two decades without any significant changes in the field. The bill aims to secure free sports programmes and introduces novelties like a dual career for professional athletes and an athletes' ombudsman.
