Ljubljana, 3 January - In 2017, Slovenians will head to the polls to elect a new president, the Hague-based arbitration tribunal is expected to hand down its decision on the course of the Slovenia-Croatia border, while the government is expected to be busy implementing the planned health reform and planning the Koper-Divača rail track.
