Ljubljana well promoted with green capital project, official says

Ljubljana, 3 January - Ljubljana rounded off its one-year stint as the European Green Capital with a ceremony in the central Congress Square on Monday evening. The project reaffirmed Ljubljana's image in Europe and wider and significantly raised citizens' awareness of environmental issues, a Ljubljana deputy mayor said.
