Večer sceptical about higher funding for municipalities

Maribor, 4 January - Looking at the forthcoming negotiations between municipalities and the Finance Ministry on transfers to local budgets in 2017 and 2018, Večer says local communities have been losing influence and are unlikely to secure as good a deal as doctors got at the end of 2016.
