Jurist deems amendments to aliens act unconstitutional

Ljubljana, 5 January - A constitutional law scholar has described the amendments to the aliens act that severely tighten asylum rules unconstitutional, in violation of EU laws and the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights, and contrary to Slovenia's international commitments.
