Delo on Croatia's avoiding intl responsibilities

Ljubljana, 7 January - Croatia's avoiding responsibilities stemming from the international law is nothing new, Delo says Saturday as it comments on its announcement to try to annul the decision of the UN arbitration commission in favour of Hungarian energy company MOL.
