Slovenians from Udine and Posočje gather for annual get-together

Bovec, 15 January - Slovenians from the Italian province of Udine and Slovenia's Posočje gathered for the annual New Year's get-together in Bovec on Saturday. MEP Tanja Fajon, who addressed the event, stressed that the preservation of the Slovenian language and education was important both for the Slovenian minority in Italy and "the enrichment of the Italian nation".
