Reporter speaks out against second rail track
Ljubljana, 16 January - The weekly Reporter writes on Monday that everything is apparently ready for a new wave of plundering taxpayer money as the president of the Forum 21 outfit, Slovenia's first President Milan Kučan, gave urbi et orbi the final green light for the EUR 1.4bn construction of the second rail track between Koper and Divača.
