Slovenia not using its talents, survey suggests

Ljubljana, 17 January - Slovenia ranked 27th among 118 countries on the Global Talent Competitiveness Index (GTCI), which measures countries' performance in their ability to attract, develop and retain talent. Last year it placed 26th among over 100 countries.
