Reform to end top-up insurance, time-limit sickness benefit
Ljubljana, 19 January - Top-up health insurance would be replaced with compulsory health contributions proportional to income, while sickness benefit would be temporally limited under a draft reform bill put forward by Health Minister Milojka Kolar Celarc.
