Dnevnik thinks health reform will upset many

Ljubljana, 20 January - The daily Dnevnik expects the reform proposal presented by Health Minister Milojka Kolar Celarc to raise a lot of dust. Its biggest problem is that the minister spent two years and four months drafting it, which leaves her very little time for the harder part - its implementation, the paper says.
