Minister argues for case-by-case approach to central bank oversight

Brussels, 27 January - Finance Minister Vraničar Erman argued on Friday for a case-by-case approach to the dilemma of whether Slovenia's central bank should be subject to oversight by the Court of Audit. She argued after a debate in Brussels that opinions at EU level showed the Finance Ministry was right to take this path in the bill it has drafted.
