Ljubljana, 28 January - Higher altitudes will get plenty of sun on Sunday, but low-lying regions can expect fog and low cloud to linger well into the day. Morning lows will range from -4 to -9. Highs will exceed freezing, especially in western Slovenia, where maxima will reach 3 degrees.
