Higher court rules in favour of broadcaster in leadership dispute

Ljubljana, 30 January - Nataša Pirc Musar, the former information commissioner, can no longer challenge the appointment of Marko Filli as acting director general of public broadcaster RTV Slovenija, a higher court has decided, confirming the decision of a first-instance court. This ends a dispute that started with Pirc Musar's appointment in 2014.
