Committee debates litigation act changes, hears calls for right balance

Ljubljana, 31 January - A parliamentary committee debate on far-reaching changes to the litigation act indicated on Tuesday sufficient support for the proposal, but also heard warnings that doing too much to reduce the courts' caseload could undermine people's right to have their case decided by a court.
