Večer says EU still does not understand Brexit message

Maribor, 3 February - With his address in Ljubljana, European Central bank (ECB) president Mario Draghi showed once more that officials and leading politicians in the EU still do not understand the message the UK sent with the Brexit, the daily Večer says in Friday's commentary.
