Stock market index starts new year on the up

Ljubljana, 5 February - The SBI TOP index of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange started the new year successfully, gaining more than 3% in January to 741.16 points. Volumes, meanwhile, reached EUR 25.74m or slightly more than EUR 1m a day, down from EUR 44.37m in December.
