Childhood psychiatry fragmented in Slovenia, experts warn
Ljubljana, 6 February - Childhood psychiatry in Slovenia is fragmented and interdisciplinary teams dealing with children who have mental problems have been dissolved, heard a panel held in Ljubljana on Monday. Experts estimate that some 10-20% of children and adolescents have mental issues. Only 3-4% of them get proper treatment in Slovenia.
