Prestigious Prešeren Prizes handed out tonight
Ljubljana, 7 February - The top national awards for achievements in the arts will be handed out on Tuesday evening, on the eve of Culture Day, which Slovenia celebrates in memory of the Romantic poet France Prešeren (1800-1849).
