Delo says Slovenia needs new culture model

Ljubljana, 7 February - It seems that culture in Slovenia, a quarter of a century after independence, is understood merely as a budget item, which increasingly needs to justify and defend itself, if not advocate the sense of its existence, the daily Delo says in Tuesday's commentary.
