Ljubljana, 9 February - While there ware no scandals or protests surrounding the celebration of Culture Day that would attract wider interest, the keynote speech by director Vinko Möderndorfer at the main national ceremony undoubtedly deserves some attention, the daily Dnevnik says in Thursday's commentary.
