Ljubljana, 14 February - The Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday it was carefully following developments in Austria, where a draft constitution for the Carinthia province fails to acknowledge Slovenian as an official language. It highlighted Austria's obligations stemming from the Austrian State Treaty.
