Diplomat regrets tension over Carinthian constitution

Ljubljana, 16 February - Former Slovenian Ambassador to Austria Aleksander Geržina told the STA on Thursday that he regretted the complications that arose with the draft provincial constitution for Austria's Carinthia. He said the contentious proposal came as a surprise, as the main players had previously been favourable to the Slovenian minority.
