Carinthian constitution a new wedge in cross-border relations

Ljubljana, 20 February - Previous tensions in Slovenian-Austrian relations were mostly related to bilingual signs in the Austrian province of Carinthia. Now they were reignited with a new draft Carinthian constitution that only defines German as the official language. Below is a chronology of major developments related to the Slovenian minority in Austria.
