Govt, minority optimistic about Carinthian constitution
Ljubljana, 20 February - The Slovenian government and representatives of the Slovenian minority in the Austrian province Carinthia expressed optimism on Monday about the prospect of finding a solution to concerns about the forthcoming provincial constitution not mentioning the Slovenian language.
