Green light for AIK's takeover of Gorenjska banka
Ljubljana, 23 February - Serbian bank AIK Banka received a green light to raise its stake in Gorenjska banka beyond 50% on Tuesday, according to the central bank's website. AIK Banka, which currently owns 19.4% of Gorenjska banka, plans to buy a majority stake from a consortium headed by financial holding Sava, the bank's largest single shareholder.
