Delo: Reform of State Attorney's Office losing substance

Ljubljana, 24 February - As is so typical, the reform of the State Solicitor's Office into a more flexible State Attorney's Office is losing all substance and in the end it will once again only be about status and about who will benefit from the change, the daily Delo comments on Friday.
