Weather: Clear morning, clouds to thicken through the day

Ljubljana, 26 February - After a mostly clear Sunday morning, except for fog in valleys, a veil of clouds will start rolling in from the northwest and will thicken throughout the day. Morning lows will range between -5 and 0 degrees centigrade and down to -10 in some valleys, but it will warm up during the day to between 7 and 13 degrees.
