Minister: Bad bank will restructure Cimos
Ljubljana, 28 February - The Bank Asset Management Company (BAMC) will carry out restructuring of car industry supplier Cimos in line with the private investor principle, Economy Minister Zdravko Počivalšek told the press on Tuesday, a day after it was confirmed that the Italian prospective buyer has withdrawn from the acquisition.
