Ljubljana, 2 March - It will be partly clear on Thursday with clouds gathering mostly in the Notranjsko and Primorsko regions. A south-westerly wind will blow in some parts of the country. Morning lows will range from -4 to 1 degrees Celsius, up to 5 degrees at the coast, while daytime highs will stand between 10 and 16 degrees.
