Cerar and Juncker debate EU's future

Brdo pri Kranju, 2 March - Prime Minister Miro Cerar and visiting European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker debated the future of the bloc on Thursday, after the Commission unveiled a white paper laying out a series of possible scenarios for the development of the EU. Both officials said the EU was entering a decisive phase.
