Delo says Juncker visit lacks substance

Ljubljana, 3 March - The two-day visit by European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker is more about form than substance, the daily Delo comments on Friday. Juncker does not wish to pay much attention to bilateral issues, such as the Teran wine dispute and arbitration with Croatia, the paper says.
