Ljubljana, 6 March - The latest editorial in the right-leaning Reporter magazine mounts a full frontal assault on Jean-Claude Juncker, the European Commission president, describing him as a "drunken clown" and reproaching him for his alleged links to Forum 21, the outfit set up by Slovenia's first President Milan Kučan.
