Family law bill passes committee stage

Ljubljana, 7 March - After a long and heated discussion, a new family law bill reforming custody procedures was approved by the parliamentary Committee on Labour, Family, Social Affairs and the Disabled in a 11-2 vote on Tuesday. The opposition was critical of changing the definition of family, and the government said this could still be amended.
