Dnevnik blames realpolitik for failure to scrap life imprisonment

Ljubljana, 8 March - Commenting on the withdrawal of the Justice Ministry's proposal to abolish life imprisonment, the daily Dnevnik points out on Wednesday that this is another centre-left government lacking the political will to do away with a measure that leftist parties criticised aggressively when it was introduced in 2008.
