Mladina says Cerar's staffing moves defy logic

Ljubljana, 10 March - The weekly Mladina argues in its latest commentary that there is no logic whatsoever in the staffing moves by the government of Miro Cerar, as it seems that people are being put at managerial positions for other reasons than their professional competences or even political affiliation.
