Cerar says confirming EU perspective of W Balkans not enough

Brussels, 9 March - Confirming the European perspective of Western Balkan countries is far from enough, the message needs to be backed by concrete actions, Prime Minister Miro Cerar said arriving at the EU summit, where the region is on the agenda for the first time in a while.
