State of army remains critical, Pahor happy spending slump bottomed out

Ljubljana, 10 March - Presented with the annual report on the state of Slovenian Armed Forces (SAF), President Borut Pahor said the level of capacity remained at its lowest, but was upbeat that the fall in defence spending finally bottomed out.
