Civil initiative presents alternative bill for Koper rail expansion

Ljubljana, 14 March - A civil initiative that has taken upon itself to oversee the pending construction of a second rail track to the port of Koper presented on Tuesday a bill that it says is meant to prevent a repeat of the bloated TEŠ 6 power plant investment.
