Delo says closing Koper-Izola road big step

Ljubljana, 21 March - The daily Delo welcomes the closing of the road between the coastal towns of Koper and Izola in Tuesday's commentary Big Step for Small Coast. It says the project gives hope that similarly beneficial projects might also be realised.
