Constitutional Court nominee warns against generalised criticism of judiciary

Ljubljana, 21 March - One of the four nominees for Constitutional Court judge, Rajko Knez, highlighted in a public presentation on Tuesday the significant number of rulings against Slovenia by the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) and expressed opposition to generalised criticism of the judiciary.
