Rail operator embarking on modernisation drive

Ljubljana, 25 March - Slovenske železnice, the state-owned rail operator, is in the midst of a modernisation drive that will finally involve wireless internet on trains operating major routes and electronic tickets. "This is a major step in the right direction," chairman Dušan Mes told the STA.
