Alcohol consumption in Slovenia too high for public health
Ljubljana, 29 March - Registered alcohol use in Slovenia increased in 2015 compared to the year before to 11.5 litres of pure alcohol per population above 15, according to data of the National Public Health Institute (NIJZ). Consumption is thus at more than twice the acceptable annual level of five litres per person.
