Macroeconomic trends up, GDP forecast at 3.6% for 2017

Ljubljana, 31 March - IMAD, the government's macroeconomic forecaster, has upgraded its GDP projection for this year by 0.7 percentage points to 3.6%, projecting the fastest pace of growth in a decade. Growth is expected to slow to 3.2% next year and 2.6% in 2019.
