Govt, civil society agree to cooperate on key rail project

Ljubljana, 3 April - In the face of opposition to the government-sponsored Koper-Divača rail upgrade bill, the cabinet agreed on Monday to cooperation with a civil society group which has tabled its own bill on the key rail project.
