Lendava paving way for EUR 75m Ikea logistics and greenhouse centre
Lendava, 4 April - Paving the way for what could mean around 600 new jobs in the unemployment-plagued northeast of Slovenia, the city of Lendava has started adopting a zoning plan for 30 hectares of greenhouses and a logistics centre for Ikea. Officially, the potential investor into the EUR 75m project is Austrian horticulture company Herneth Gartenbau.
