Ljubljana/Zagreb, 5 April - The supervisors of Slovenia's leading retailer Mercator have accepted the resignation of CEO Toni Balažič and appointed Tomislav Čizmić, an executive of Mercator's struggling Croatian owner Agrokor, as his successor.
