Večer says border decree shows Slovenia is European periphery

Maribor, 12 April - The EU decree on tighter controls on the external Schengen border has once again shown that Eurocracy from Brussels and central EU member states see Slovenia as European periphery, the daily Večer says in Wednesday's commentary.
