Fiscal Council urges stronger fiscal effort, govt sticking to its plan

Ljubljana, 12 April - The recently appointed Fiscal Council has proposed to the government to step up fiscal efforts to meet structural deficit goals, but the cabinet indicated on Wednesday that its pace, envisaging a government budget surplus by 2019, was sufficient.
