Mercator's supervisors to discuss contracts with Agrokor

Ljubljana, 14 April - The supervisory board of retailer Mercator will hold an emergency session Friday to discuss operations and examine the procurement, marketing and consultancy contracts in order to determine whether its majority owner, Croatian food group Agrokor, is diverting funds.
